How to create a new account in outlook.

1.  Click “File” from Outlook Menu Bar

2. Click on “Account Settings”

3.    Existing email account file reside (inari-tech.com). You can import this file as Personal Folder.

Add New Email Account

1.             Click on “NEW” 

1    2) Select “Manual setup or additional server types

1   3)   Select “POP or IMAP

1    4) Fill up the information as required. For “Server Information”, please follow as in image.

2    5) Click on “More Settings” box.

6)“Outgoing Server” Tab, Tick “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”

2    7)Select “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”

      8)“Advanced” Tab, “Incoming server (POP3): 995”, Tick “This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL).

      9)“Outgoing server (SMTP): 465”, Select “SSL” from “Use the following type of encrypted connection drop down menu. Click “OK” button.

10. Click on “Test Account Settings”, you will be prompted with “Test Account Settings” box. If all         the settings correctly done, the “Status” will show “Completed”

11. Click “Close” to exit the “Test Account Settings”.

12. Click on “Next” until completion.
