Week 16

(14 March 2016 – 18 March 2016)

1. Deploy the converted reports in server 192.168.1.26.

2. Edit the subscription of the report.

3. Fix the schedule time for the reports to release daily on the time specified.

4. Complete daily checklist. 

5. Request from user to do pull report from (01/02/2016 – 31/03/2016)

Week 17

(21 March 2016 – 25 March 2016)

1. Insert the record into the converted reports in SQL Server.

2. Check the report history.

3. Test with the configuration error and run the report.

4. Add users emaillist into the converted reports. 

5. Remove a user email in all of the daily autoreport.

Week 18

(28 March 2016 – 01 April 2016)

1. Set status 0 for the reports that have converted to new server.

2. Inform the users of the changing reports from old to new server.

3. Check the daily autoreport.
4.Answering the calls from customer and internal users.

5. Check in the error of the testing report (192.168.10.2)    

6. Check the data in the reports.                                                                                                                                      

Week 19

(04 April 2016 – 08 April 2016)

1. Check the daily autoreport.

2. Complete the checklist of the reports.

3. Resend again the failed reports to the users.

4. Request from user to do a pull report from (03/03/2016 – 07/04/2016)

5. Login to 192.168.1.12 and check into the error.xml the find out which schedule or             report have failed.

6. Rerun the schedule of the reports in the server 192.168.1.12.

7. Convert the reports to 192.168.1.26

Week 20

(11 April 2016 – 15 April 2016)

1.Fix the error in the autoreport.

2.Check mainly FTP reports .

3.Remove my email in all the autoreport.
