Industrial Training is a key component in the curriculum at
the Polytechnic Ministry of Education (MOE). Suggests graduate student in
Industrial Training before they can be awarded a Diploma. The objective of the
Industrial Training is to expose students to the real working environment in
factories, firms, contractors and others.
It is also intended that students can cultivate a spirit of
teamwork and create good relationships between employees. Students can either
undergo Industrial Training in Government Agencies or Private. Over the past 6
months, students will be exposed to actual working environment. Among them will
learn how to practice the work ethic that has been set, a way to communicate
with customers, as well as carrying out its duties properly and satisfaction of
the supervisor.
With instances of this course, students are able to apply
the knowledge learned in the classroom to be practiced during the Industrial
Training. In addition, students can also learn some of the ins and outs of
working environment that is increasingly challenged by modernity country
In addition, other objectives are for students to practice
the safety rules when working and also can build self-confidence when you are
in a company. To undergo industrial training, students will be more mature in
making a decision when to work and not overly dependent on others in making a
decision or a job that should require a strong commitment to achieve greater
quality in the future.
